Three things worth reading this week…

Dave January 2, 2019

Well, another year is in the books, which means it is time for the year-end retrospective posts. Given that this blog is all of two days old at this point, you get a reprieve from yet another one of those posts from this humble blog.

For your consideration, here are a few articles you might have missed during the past week:

  • The Healthyish Feel Good Food Plan (Bon Appetite): Looking to fulfill that well-intentioned, yet poorly planned New Years Resolution? Bon Appetite’s Healthyish Blog has you covered with meal plans for Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert.
  • The 45 Best — And Weirdest — Charts We Made in 2018 (FiveThirtyEight) : Combining my love of data and infographics, this post is an interesting overview of the topics that FiveThirtyEight covered last year and the data they parsed in their coverage.
  • Defending ‘Needles in the Sewer’ and Photographing the Disadvantaged (PetaPixel): An interesting essay into the ethical issues that arise during street photography, especially when the subject is an individual who may be disadvantaged.
